bye bye summer

This was our last summer before Jr. enters the life as a student. We didn't get to take a big vacation or anything but we had a great time exploring New York. Realized how jaded I am by the city but Jr sees it in a whole new different way. He has such an innocent curiosity about everything around him. I hope he never loses that and hope that I can find that in me again.

one year later…

I can't believe it's been a year already since my wedding... Last Tuesday my husband and I exchanged little gifts while drinking pink french champagne in our apartment in Paris. He got me a great design chair from the boutique "Merci" as well as the cute little suitcase and my fav part: he took a photobooth with some chalkboards saying sweet words! I was amazed... I got him a bag from Freitag and a cool edition of his favorite book 1984 with a sweet note inside. Then we went to have diner at an amazing restaurant: Le Mini Palais. It was really an amazing night. We love to look back at our wedding pictures (by the amazing Scott Chester), it's like being there again! You can see more of our wedding pics here and here. Je n'arrive pas à croire que cela fasse deja 1 an de mariage... Mardi dernier nous avons célébré en échangeant quelques cadeaux tout en buvant une ptit coupe de champagne. J'ai reçu une chaise design trop belle de chez Merci ainsi qu'une petite valise toute jolie et surtout la cerise sur le gateau: un photomaton de mon mari avec des ardoises et des mots doux!!! Lui a reçu un sac Freitag et une édition sympa de son livre préféré 1984. Nous avons ensuite diné au Le Mini Palais et c'etait magnifique. Nous adorons revoir nos photos de mariage (par l'incroyable Scott Chester), c'est comme de revivre le moment! Vous pouvez voir plus de photo du mariage ici etici. Un très beau weekend à tous!

Tattyoo new collection

They're here!!! Super fresh, the new Tattyoo collection is available. We made super cute tattoos (pretty script font) and it looks really awesome on any skin (children and adults). I also made some new designs for the collection under my own name. We hope you'll love them all!
Ils sont arrivés!!! Les nouveaux tattoos super frais Tattyoo sont disponible. Nous avons crée ces supers tattoos (celle en script) et ils sont supers sur toutes les peaux (enfants et adultes). J'ai également crée des nouveaux designs sous mon propre nom. J'espere que vous les aimerez tous!

welcome to Switzerland

If I tell you chocolate, cheese, cows, mountains and chalet you tell me... Switzerland of course! I have been coming to this very tiny town of Les Diablerets in Switzerland since I was a little girl. It's kind of my 2nd home as I have family there. It's nice to take a break from Paris away from the noise (except for the cows bells) and have some fresh air to breath. Happy weekend everyone!
Si je vous dis chocolat, fromage, vaches, montagnes et chalet vous me dites... La Suisse bien sur! Je viens ici depuis que je suis toute petite dans le village des Diablerets. C'est comme ma 2eme maison car nous avons de la famille la bas. Ça fait du bien de faire un break loin de Paris et du bruit (sauf pour le sons des cloches des vaches) et de respirer de l'air pur. Bon weekend à tout le monde!

      I love this French illustrator: Marc Boutavant! I discovered his work when I bought the children book: Around the world with Mouk, which is an awesome illustrated book, full of colors and so playful.
J'adore l'illustrateur Marc Boutavant! Je l'ai découvert quand j'ai acheté le livre pour enfant, Le monde de Mouk, qui est un livre magnifique, plein de couleurs.

Oh lala I love this French brand "Very French Gangsters" which makes styling eyewear for kids! Look at this great way of showing the glasses, so cute.
Oh lala j'adore cette marque française de lunettes trop stylées pour enfants "Very French Gangsters"! Trop sympa leur façon de montrer les produits.

happy weekend!

Now that Jr is in school, we really look forward to the weekend for some good family time. Last saturday we went to get some shaved ice treats at the Imperial Woodpecker Sno-balls in the village. I'm not sure who enjoyed it more... me or him!
Maintenant que Junior va à l'école, on a hate d'etre au weekend pour se retrouver en famille. Samedi dernier nous sommes allés prendre une glace pilée chez Imperial Woodpecker Sno-balls dans le village, à Manhattan. Je ne sais pas qui en a profité le plus.... lui ou moi!
